About Us

The company was established in 1991 as a sole proprietorship under the name of Phillips Lawn Service. At the time the company serviced mainly residential properties. In 1994 we obtained a California State Contractors License and incorporated under the name Moreno Valley Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Inc. As time progressed and our reputation as a premier landscape contractor grew, we were able to expand our employee base, take on larger maintenance contracts, and form a landscape construction division. In 1998 we did a D.B.A. name change to Professional Landscape Services. The sole purpose of the change was to spread our projects throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities of Southern California. In 2003 our second office was opened in Palm Desert, CA which is now our primary base of operations.
